Frequently Asked Questions

  • We are located in Orlando, Florida, USA and provide services, globally.

  • A summary of each option is listed below, however, please see “Our Services” page for more details.

Standard eForm development: We will use your “original” form document(s) for production vs recreating from scratch. This option is not idea for forms that may change often in the future.

Designer eForm development: We will recreate your form document(s) from scratch. This gives us full control over the design process and offers the highest level of quality and functionality. This option also enables us to edit the document in the future, if needed.

  • Fillable PDF form development is our passion and primary focus, however, we do develop web-based/HTML forms on a case-by-case basis. If interested, please contact us for more information.

  • Getting started is easy.

First, we need to review your document(s) in order to provide an accurate estimate. This is a very important step as it helps us gather the information needed to determine the scope of work.

To request an estimate, please use the form here to upload your documents, or send your form(s) directly to us via email: inquiry@wecreateforms.com

You can learn about the development process here.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot blindly estimate a project without reviewing your documents. This is necessary to accurately assess the scope of work.

  • Good question. We consider several things when determining project cost, namely:

    • eForm Development type (Standard or Designer) - if needed, see FAQ #2 above for more info

    • Project complexity, scope of work, and number of forms

    • Special features (i.e. programming for calculations, conditional logic, validations, etc.)

    • Delivery (if needed sooner than our standard turnaround).

  • Our standard/non-RUSH turnaround is between 3-7 business days depending on project size, complexity. Larger and/or more complex projects may take longer to complete.

RUSH service is subject to availability and includes an additional fee.

Please contact us for more information re: turnaround times, RUSH availability, etc.

  • Yes, you are given an opportunity to review the developed form(s) before they are finalized.

Please note, customers are allotted a disclosed amount of time for post-development changes. To help minimize or eliminate major changes, we ask our customers to thoroughly review all project documents for accuracy prior to project commencement.

*Certain changes are limited to eForm development type selected.

  • Each project is allotted a certain amount of “additional design time” for post-development modifications.

If the requested change(s) exceed the additional time allotted, then reasonable additional fees may apply.

  • At a minimum, all forms are designed to work with free Adobe Acrobat Reader, the leading PDF viewer that is typically already installed on most computers. Downloading and installing Adobe Acrobat Reader (Windows or Mac) may be required.

Unless specially requested, we do not test to ensure forms will work with any other PDF viewer (e.g. Foxit, Nitro, PDF X-Change, etc) as there are too many PDF viewers on the market to test, individually.

  • Yes, however, we highly recommend using free Adobe Acrobat Reader (or Acrobat Pro) for full compatibility. NOTE: Mac users must ensure the form is NOT opened in Apple Preview, Mac’s default PDF viewer.

  • We offer an additional step to make forms mobile compatible. The initial step requires our “Standard” or “Designer” eForm service as noted throughout our site.

Certain limitations apply. Please inquire for more information.

  • There are various options in signing PDF forms, all of which are dependent on the type of PDF form created, your workflow, the device used to complete the form, among other factors.

If signing is required for your specific project, then please contact us for more information regarding this topic.

  • Once the project is paid in full, the customer has full rights to the document(s) as indicated in our eForm Development Agreement.

  • Yes, all completed projects come with a 6 month warranty which covers any malfunctioning of the final Work Product due to our error and/or omission.

The warranty is voided if the customer manipulates any portion of the Work Product which causes or results in a malfunction. In such cases, we may assess a fee to fix any malfunctioning not caused by or due our error and/or omission.

  • If needed, we offer a free one-time initial consultation (up to 30 minutes) to discuss your project in more detail.

Training is an optional/add-on billable service.

We will gladly answer any questions related to the project we developed. Please note we do not provide technical support for any third-party software or applications.
